For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.

If cancellation is 48 Hours before of the contracted date , the Company will refund the 100 % deposit.

If cancellation is 24 Hours before the contracted date , the Company will refund the 50 % deposit.

If cancellation is the same date of the contracted date , the Client must pay 100 %.

If cancellation is by Natural Phenomena or by prohibitivo of the Dominican Republic Navy Authorities , the company will refund the 100 % deposit.
